8:00 PDT / 11:00 EDT / 15:00 UTC/GMT

Join Jim Wehrle from WEHRL-WIND ENTERPRISES and Marc Attar from VISTAGY for an informative Webcast entitled: How to Improve Communication between OEMs & the Supply Chain to Accelerate Seat Design.  This Webcast will discuss how improving communication between OEMs and their suppliers lead to a more efficient seat design process.

Seat design engineers face the unique challenge of creating complex seat definitions.  The creation and use of engineering data is extremely inefficient and engineers cannot easily obtain all the data they need to make decisions, which slow the seat bidding and engineering process.  As a result, they make decisions with multi-million dollar impact and don’t even know it.

OEM, Tier 1, and supplier communications become more efficient when more complete seat product definitions are utilized.  By using master models that encompass both geometric and non-geometric data, the seat bidding and engineering process is accelerated so you will get your product to the market more rapidly.

You will learn:

  • How developing a seamless flow of information from bidding to engineering processes will avoid the duplication of effort and get your product to market faster
  • How to efficiently create and access the engineering data you need, when you need it, in a form that easily flows to everyone in your organization who needs it

Overcome your toughest product development challenges and deliver products that meet specifications on-time and on-budget.
